Ticket Confusion

I purchased pre-sale tickets through this website (via Artists Arena) in August and was promised that I would receive meet & greet passes. My information was never e-mailed, as it was supposed to be, so I wrote Artists Arena about the situation. I came back to your website to check for information on the meet & greet and saw that the concert that I had bought tickets for, which was originally scheduled for October 21, was now on October 20. The Highline Ballroom's website did not have any information on the date change, nor did Artists Arena, and I was NEVER contacted (by e-mail, phone, etc. - even though I fully submitted all of my contact information at the time of the order) that the date had been changed. Had I not checked the website, I would have gone to the Highline Ballroom on October 21 and there would not have been a concert to see. My friends and I cannot attend the concert on October 20. Had we known about the date change ahead of time, we would have been able to make arrangements to attend, but we have plans that we cannot change. I know that this situation is not the fault of The White Tie Affair, but I think the band should reconsider before ever working with Artists Arena again. The company does not have the consideration to contact ticket holders when such a substantial change has been made to the event. I am not disappointed in my loss of money, but the fact that I won't be able to see my favorite band perform in the concert I have been looking forward to for two months. I hope you come back to NYC soon. I'll most certainly buy tickets to see you guys using a different company, and use more jurisdiction when doing so.
